With so many vendors to peruse, one could conceivably need a bit of pampering after all that shopping, so we are excited to have Daris Gibbons of Pure Therapeutic Bodyworks on board at the Market to provide a few minutes of insta-bliss in the form of soothing chair massage.
Originally from Columbus Ohio, Daris moved to Phoenix as a teen and excelled in retail and salon management before finding her calling as a massage therapist in 2005. Daris has spent the past four years practicing massage locally and building her day spa, Pure Therapeutic Bodyworks. While she works on moving her spa to a new location, she is also busy teaching clinic for the last graduating massage class at Northland Pioneer College. You may see her at Java Deli on Wednesdays doing chair massage or at other local events like Show Low Days. Daris, her husband and two kids also produce our original local renaissance fair, Medieval Mayhem! Now in its third year, you'll see Daris at Mayhem too--so you'll get an opportunity to experience massage from some of the other great therapists who will work for Pure Therapeutic Bodyworks as well.
